Mark has spent most of his career in hospitality and team management. He joined West Coast Entertainment in 2008 as a blackjack dealer, and his fellow dealers were thrilled when he was promoted to Staffing & Logistics Manager in 2019.
With experience as both a restaurant owner and manager, Mark brings strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills to the team. He is committed to helping staff reach their full potential through training, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to ever-changing schedules and event needs. Mark is always focused on keeping operations running smoothly, streamlining processes, and looking ahead at the bigger picture to support the company’s vision.
And yes — the “bringing experience to the table” joke was probably intended.
When he’s not working, Mark enjoys spending time with his three grown children and his wife.
